How much does this service cost?
Unlike other freelance services found on the Internet, there is no signup fee, no monthly fee, no project fee and definitely no commission fee.

What are RFP and RFQ?
RFP stands for Request for Proposal and RFQ is Request for Quote. We will use either of the two methods to obtain a price from your company. Unlike other Freelance sites the quote price is only seen by CMather.com Project Teams.

As a freelancer, can I see other member’s quotes?
No. The quote price is strictly confidential between the freelancer and CMather.com Project Team members.

How many Project Teams work at CMather.com?
We have 3 teams namely Design Team, Programming Team and Implementation Team. All three teams work together to provide our customers best class service.

Suppose I received a "Request for Quote" RFQ from CMather.com, what I ought to know?
First check the job description in detail. Then ask yourself will you or your company be able to carry out the job? If yes, then reply back with a competitive price for the entire project. Read the project description thoroughly and make sure whether you will be able to complete the project within the specified time limit. You can also add your comments and inquire for further information.

What Currency do I Quote in?
We prefer US dollars, however if your company or business operates in a different currency, you may Quote in your chosen native currency. We accept the following currencies: US, AUD, CAD, Rupees.

If I just replied back with my Quote - What next?
When all quotes are received by CMather.com, the Project Team will evaluate each proposal along with our customer and award the project to the chosen freelancer. The freelancer will be notified via email / phone / chat to start the project as per job specifications.

As a Freelancer do I get notified if my quote was too high or not successful?
No notification is sent for unsuccessful quotes or proposals. This is mainly due to the large volume of professionals in our network. However you can enquire about your proposal to our Project team and they will be happy to contact you regarding your submission for future quotes.

How do I get paid for the work done?
Once the project is completed and that all the parties are satisfied, we pay directly into your Paypal account. We pay in US dollars, however if you have made arrangements in a different currency, this will be organized for you. Exchange rates will be as per Paypal Terms and Conditions.

What if I / we don't have a Paypal account?
Not a problem, we also offer bank deposit, wire and check at no additional cost.

How do I remove myself as a Freelancer?
Contact us with your details and your name will be removed from the database. You will no longer be part of CMather and will neither receive project emails from our teams nor be invited to quote on our work.

Do you offer bonuses and incentives?
As a privately held business we have always offered our employees bonuses and incentives. At the end of the financial year, surplus funds from programming, design and implementation will be shared with all CMather employees, this also includes freelancers. If a bonus is allocated to a project, the funds are passed on directly to our Project Teams and Freelancers.
