NOTES: Please do not bid if you are not capable or do not have the expertise. Once you put your bid that means you are committed. If you are selected as the winning bidder you must complete the project. A poor performance rating will be given by us for any project that is not delivered - our commission will also be charged if you do not deliver the project.
