- The membership fee of $10 for the promotion, is non refundable.
- CMather.com makes no guarantee of income in any way.
- CMather.com uses E-Gold as our payment option. We are not part of their organization and can not be held responsible for their policies and procedures.
- CMather.com will not tolerate any kind of SPAM. Any member reported to the site admin will have their membership canceled without refund.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services temporarily or permanently, in which case we will provide adequate notice to our members if possible.
- CMather.com is not responsible for website downtime or lost data of any kind.
- CMather.com reserves the right to terminate the participation of any member in violation of our Terms of Service without refund.
- In any event, CMather.com will not be held liable to a member for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever.
- Member's personal information will not be used other than for identification purposes and for sending payments.
- These terms can be changed at anytime during the course of the program without notice.
