CMather.com offers free e-mail newsletters to visitors. CMather.com gathers the e-mail addresses of visitors who voluntarily subscribe. Customers may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the instructions included in every newsletter. CMather.com will also inform you when your product or service has been updated in form of an e-mail or online message forum. Individual e-mail will be sent to members within the Webring, Banner Exchange, Top100 Site, Forum, Guest Book and other departments within CMather.com. The newsletter and software is hosted and powered by Yahoo.com
CMather.com Memberships and Subscriptions
CMather.com members voluntarily supply us with personal information such as their names, e-mail addresses, and other personal information. We use this information to better tailor our content and products to our visitors and customers. CMather.com has the right to delete a membership/subscription without notice due to abuse, spam or online violation.

"Personally Identifiable Information"

Can a Visitor delete or deactivate Personally Identifiable Information collected by the Site?
We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site's database by contacting us here. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor's entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.

CMather.com will display banners on all CMather.com .NET and .ORG sites. The banners rotate with new advertisers, sponsors and links. All care is taken to provide clean banner displays. CMather.com will not be held responsible for illegal use of banners and banner impressions. Some of our third party ad servers our Link buddies, BannersgoMLM, Ad flight, Burst Media, 1:1 Exchange, Double Click, Neopress, Yahoo, Google, Ad clicks and CMATHER Banner Admin. Each site has it's own policy on banner displays. CMather.com uses advanced software to control the content of banner displays and impressions for all CMather.com .NET and .ORG sites.

Account Termination
Upon the receipt of a credible complaint, CMather.com may immediately terminate the membership of the individual implicated in the abuse including ClickBank Id number. Termination results in the immediate closure of the account, the loss of all referrals, the forfeiture of any unpaid money on account, and a prohibition against any future membership. Plus a fee of $50.00 per e-mail sent, charged for clean up and recovery. CMather.com can now apply a fine to all spam e-mail received and sent to our web server. If you wish to report a violation of our Anti-Spam Policy, please forward all relevant evidence including the original e-mail “headers” to: abuse@cmather.com.
What happens if the Privacy Policy Changes?
CMather.com may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages. We will let our Visitors and Authorized Customers know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site. However, if we are changing our privacy policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a Visitor or Authorized Customer has previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact such Visitor or Authorized Customer to allow such Visitor or Authorized Customer to prevent such disclosure.
