As a Call Center Representative in Charleston, you will: • Receive inbound billing calls and make telephone contact with existing customers to offer, sell and promote. • "Live Transfer" to TPV for verification of sales. • Track and report daily performance. • Handle objections and deliver benefit statements. • Come in fired up and ready to contribute to the team and make it happen! Schedules Center is open M-F 7:00am - 10:00PM & Sat. 11:00am - 8:00pm Shifts are 7-9 hours in length and cannot be guarenteed becuase of call volume. Day and Evening Shifts are available. .35 cent shift differential (4pm-10pm)
.50 cent an hour attendance incentive (must have perfect attendance)
