Gidday there I'm looking for some free legal advice in regards to assessing a family members will with probate been granted back on the 14 of June.

I need to know whether i have a strong claim under section three of the family protection act 1959 with consideration towards the court and or excutor recognize me as a residual beneficiary.

Recommend an action plan, notice of claim, law of equity, caveat and weigh up expenses verses potential awarded order or out of court settlement.
