Before Reading Please Note: Sorry we no longer use Yatango Mobile. These settings below were checked and confirmed working on 1st of June 2015. Please contact Yatango Support directly if you’re facing problems with MMS and Internet settings.

A few customers have switched from Kogan Mobile to Yatango Mobile and having issues with setting up Internet and MMS access. Generally after porting a SMS is sent with these details. Accepting the SMS will add the new APN details to your phone. When switching to a new mobile carrier, the SIM card will usually set the APN settings automatically. However if this has not occurred or your missing the setup SMS, it’s a simple process to add the APN settings into your mobile device. These settings are currently working for us on an Android mobile phone.

Update APN Settings Manually on Android Phone 4.1+ :

Go to System Settings > More Settings  or Wireless and Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names

Press the Menu button and click on Add New APN

After adding the NEW APN settings, click on Menu and SAVE. The APN must also be selected from the menu to work. It’s also a good idea to restart your phone once you have saved your new settings. If you require further help, please contact our help desk.
