Getting a refund from Apple is like get blood out of a stone. It looks like a great phone, but sorry, cannot buy until they find a decent fix or a fix which doesn't consist of a bumper. besides putting a bumper will no longer make this phone the slimmest phone .... Seriously the phone is flawled, just research on the internet and read about the antenna issues.
