Classified Advertising Member Account Upgrade Published on Monday, July 26, 2010 by CMather Admin

We just implemented a Member Account feature for your free classifieds. You can now create a free account and use the one account to group, create and promote all your free classified ads. No longer will you need to confirm every single classified ad!

CMather Free Classified Member Account ButtonBenefits of creating a free member account:

  • Submit free classifieds without email validation
  • When logged in certain fields are pre-populated to save time
  • Promote and Extend Classifieds easily within your account
  • Renew / Edit / Delete from the Control Panel
  • One login password for all your classified ads

Creating an account is not compulsory. The old features of creating a classified ad and validating via email still exist for users who create single classifieds. This new feature is for our power users such as marketers, real estate agents and advertising agents who post multiple classified ads on our networks and want a single sign-on for their advertising.

Please report bugs via twitter or email.
Enjoy the free classified control panel.

Do you accept importing classified ads via the control panel? I didn’t see a function for this would be a great idea. Overall its even easier for us to maintain our classified ads.

Thanks for the update. Was waiting for this since we have plenty of ads to promote. Thanks for making it easier for the featured section as well. Easy to use.

My ads get buried in all the new ads that our submitted online. One day it’s at the top the next few hours it’s right at the bottom – Is there away to top the ad like gumtree or craiglist?

@Marcus – Not yet but a great idea. Will look into it.
@Samantha – No we dont have top ads, use the featured option to stay on top. You also get free renewals witth the featured option so you dont have to remember to renew. Will look into the top ad section as well for you.

This is working for me – thank you for the upgrade. Really makes it easy for us to control, monitor and track our free classified ads. Now to work on my conversion rate – a little low, but overall happy with this free service.
