We are using the popular tool SpamAssassin to detect spam. SpamAssassin is a heuristic filter; this means that it looks for common features of spam and assigns each e-mail a spam score. A higher score indicates a high probability that an e-mail is spam. An e-mail with a spam score of of 10 or higher is usually always spam. You will be able to set your spam score and filtering techniques such as removing on server or delivering marked as spam. You can also customize a whitelist and blacklist which will allow you to remove or keep email from specific email address. |
